As ‘THE LEGO MOVIE’ came to town, the LEGO Movie range hit the shops. A consolidated campaign ran to promote the range around the movie launch. Including press VIP tickets to the premiere, desk drops, media tours, (where press were superimposed onto the movie poster), and competitions, the Emmet Awards – one awarded a week to a DJ for services to radio, recipients included Chris Evans, Christian O’Connell, Fearne Cotton and Dave Berry. The movie noise was loud, we made it louder with brand features in The Guardian, The Observer, Sunday Times, The Times… as the movie says ‘everything is awesome!’
